Platform 65, the Train-themed Restaurant, Wins Emerging Food Startup of the Year at Startup India 2023 Awards
Platform 65, India’s largest restaurant with a toy-train theme, has won the Emerging Food Startup of the Year at the Start up India 2023 Awards. The awards, presented by “Entrepreneur India,” recognize and honor innovative startups that drive change in India’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. This recognition also provided the winners with an opportunity to connect with other award-winning startups in various categories.
Sadgun Patha, the Managing Director and Founder of Platform 65, received the award on behalf of the restaurant. He expressed his gratitude by stating that the award, given in the category of “Emerging Food Start-up of the Year 2023,” is a testament to the team’s hard work and dedication to providing a unique dining experience for their customers. He also stated that he is thankful to “Entrepreneur India” for recognizing their efforts and looks forward to continuing to innovate and grow in the future.
Mr. Patha, a young entrepreneur with a solid background in Business Administration, is passionate about food and service. His passion led him to start a toy train-themed restaurant, and with his three years of managerial experience in execution and corporate operations, he has steered the company towards profitability without compromising quality or standards. He has an MBA from IPE University and extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
Platform 65 offers a distinctive dining experience with a diverse selection of continental, Chinese, North Indian, Andhra, and Telangana cuisines. The restaurant has five centers in Telangana and takes customers on a journey through a railway zone. The restaurant covers over 6500+ sq. ft of space and can seat more than 200+ people. Each table has a mini railway track and a station name such as Nizamabad, Kamareddy, Warangal, Hyderabad, Sangareddy, Vijayawada, Tenali, Guntur, Rajamahendravaram, Trivandrum, Ahmedabad, etc.
